Terms of Service

Rayvanta provides a done-for-you LinkedIn outbound pipeline system. This includes ICP definition, lead research, personalised outreach, conversation management, buying signal escalation, meeting scheduling, and weekly pipeline reporting.

All engagements begin with a pilot month or a minimum 3-month retainer. Payment terms are agreed upon in writing before campaign launch. Month 1 payment is required in advance before any outreach begins.

Rayvanta guarantees consistent execution of the agreed outbound system. This includes daily outreach, reply management, signal escalation, and weekly reporting. Rayvanta does not guarantee a specific number of meetings or revenue outcomes. Pipeline performance depends on your offer, pricing, market fit, and close rate, which are outside our control.

You agree to respond to flagged buying signals within 24 hours, attend scheduled discovery meetings, complete the onboarding form accurately, provide LinkedIn account access for campaign duration, and maintain an active LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription from month 2 onwards.

Both parties agree to keep campaign strategies, prospect data, and business information confidential. Rayvanta will not share your campaign data, prospect lists, or business information with any third party without your explicit consent.

All outreach playbooks, message sequences, and campaign materials created by Rayvanta remain the intellectual property of Rayvanta. Upon engagement completion, you retain access to reports and booked meeting records.

Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days written notice after completing the agreed minimum commitment. No refunds are issued for work already executed.

Rayvanta's total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing month. Rayvanta is not liable for lost revenue, missed deals, or business outcomes arising from outreach results.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
