Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service
Rayvanta provides a human-executed, done-for-you outbound service. Once campaign execution begins, significant time and resources are committed daily on your behalf. For this reason, our refund policy reflects the nature of service delivery.
2. Pilot Month
The pilot month is a reduced-commitment entry point designed for you to evaluate the system. Payment for the pilot month is non-refundable once outreach has been launched. If you are unsatisfied with the execution quality before outreach begins, we will work to address your concerns before launching.
3. Retainer Months
Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable once the billing month has begun and campaign execution is underway. Rayvanta guarantees execution, not specific outcomes. Refunds are not issued based on meeting volume or revenue results.
4. Exceptions
A partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances only: Rayvanta fails to execute the agreed daily outreach volume for more than 5 consecutive working days without prior communication, or a technical error on Rayvanta's side causes a demonstrable disruption to your campaign. Refund decisions in such cases are at Rayvanta's sole discretion.

If you have a concern about service delivery, contact ayush@getrayvanta.com within 7 days of the issue arising. We commit to responding within 2 working days and resolving genuine concerns directly.
