When you book a call, fill the onboarding form, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any information you voluntarily share. We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are processed through third-party providers.

We use your information to understand your business situation, communicate about Rayvanta services, deliver the outbound pipeline system you have engaged us for, send weekly pipeline reports and review call invitations, and improve our services based on your feedback.

When you engage Rayvanta, you provide access to your LinkedIn account for outreach execution. This access is used solely to run your outbound campaign. We do not store your LinkedIn credentials. Access is revocable at any time by changing your LinkedIn password or revoking third-party access.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties except where required by law or to deliver services you have explicitly engaged us for, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator operations.

We retain campaign data, reports, and communication records for 12 months after your engagement ends. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing ayush@getrayvanta.com.
